Funny Tuition —
This policy covers courses and learning services purchased from Funny Tuition.
Before course access or service delivery begins
Request cancellation as early as possible. Requests made before access is activated or a service begins will be reviewed against the course-specific terms disclosed before purchase and any service already supplied. No undisclosed cancellation fee will be applied.
After access or service use
A change-of-mind refund is normally unavailable once purchased digital content has been accessed or the learning service has been delivered, unless an advertised refund offer applies. This does not prevent remedies for non-delivery, a material service failure or rights required by law.
Eligible issues
Contact support for duplicate payments, an incorrect charge, payment taken without the purchased service being supplied, or a substantial unresolved access problem attributable to us. We will verify the transaction and provide access, correct the issue or approve an appropriate refund.
How to request
Email Funny Tuition@gmail.com with your registered name, course, order or transaction reference, payment date and reason. Attach evidence if helpful. Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs or complete card details. You may also call the public support numbers above.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of approval, or earlier when required by applicable law. Refunds will use the original payment method where supported. Bank or payment-provider credit times may vary. We will share available refund reference details for tracking. Any proposed deduction must have been expressly disclosed before purchase and be permitted by law.
Canceled or materially changed services
If we cancel a paid service or cannot supply it as agreed, we will communicate available alternatives or an appropriate refund. Customers are not required to accept an alternative in place of any refund owed under applicable law.
