These terms apply to the use of Upgrade My Skill, a product of My Skill Academy, and purchases of its courses and learning services.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate registration and purchase details, protect your account credentials, and use the platform lawfully. Learners under 18 should use paid services with a parent or guardian’s permission. Do not share accounts or access another person’s account without permission.
Courses and access
Course descriptions specify the curriculum, format, price, prerequisites, access period and applicable certificate requirements. Review those details before enrolling. Access is for your personal learning and subject to the stated course duration. Certificates depend on the stated completion requirements. Training does not guarantee employment, income or a particular result.
Prices and payments
Prices are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed before payment. Pay only through methods officially offered by Upgrade My Skill. Enrollment is confirmed after payment verification and completion of any stated registration requirements. A bank debit alone does not confirm successful enrollment.
Where third-party payment processing is offered, the provider’s applicable terms also govern processing. Do not disclose OTPs, PINs, passwords or complete card credentials to our support team.
Delivery and support
Digital course access is provided through the learner account or the instructions communicated for the purchased course. Live sessions follow the advertised or agreed schedule. The Digital Delivery & Course Access Policy explains delivery and access issues.
Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to refund requests. Any course-specific refund offer will be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Content and conduct
Course materials, videos, assignments, logos and other protected content may not be redistributed, resold or publicly uploaded without permission. Do not harass learners or instructors, interfere with the platform or misuse its services. We may suspend access for misuse and explain the reason where appropriate.
Service availability and changes
Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily interrupt access. Contact support if an interruption prevents you from using a purchased service. We will work to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy. Material changes to a purchased course will be communicated; changes will not remove applicable refund or consumer rights.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Contact the public support contacts above for questions or complaints, including your course name and order reference. Applicable consumer forums and statutory remedies remain available.
